SMG is hirnig a Client Support Specialist who can be Part time or Full time!   Who we want: The Client Support Specialist will interact with clients to provide administrative support and response to inquiries about the SMG technology platform and CX program and handle and resolve complaints. The Technology department is responsible for all information technology for the company. This includes IT infrastructure, security, telephony infrastructure, support for special departmental needs (finance, sales, remote offices, etc.), desktop support, product strategy, product management and product development.
