Not only is this position responsible for greeting clients/customers over the phone and in our office, but assists with meeting coordination and a variety of Human Resources and Accounting support functions, including portions of the recruiting process, expense reports and accounts payable. An ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be articulate, have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, and present themselves professionally to clients.    We are looking part time employment for this role.

The Vice President of Product Management is responsible for driving the strategic vision and tactical execution for software product development.  This role leads the development of the product roadmap prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value, customer need, and revenue opportunity.  This role works with the executive team to ensure that product investments across the portfolio are aligned with SMG’s overall business strategy.  The position will have a matrixed reporting relationship to the CIO and CEO.  The Vice President of Product Management leads a staff of Product and UX professionals who partner with the engineering organization to bring new capabilities to market.  The Product team is responsible for balancing trade-offs between speed-to-market, resource commitment, and customer value. This position can be based in our Boston office or our headquarters in Kansas City.
