Who we want:
SMG is looking to add an organized, detail-oriented, analytical Insights Manager to our Client organization team. This role is a critical member of the team that interacts with a team of Researchers to cull data and develop insights which clients can action on to drive business results. You will have the lead role presenting and delivering presentations. As well a partnering with product to influence how we extend insights through our tech platform.
You’ll have the opportunity to build great client relationships, gain research and consulting skills, and make a real impact on the customer experience for big-name brands around the world.
