What you can expect in this role:
Sales management: Proactively curate and direct the activities performed by a team of Business Development Directors and Business Development Representatives as they work to meet sales objectives and crush their targets.
Industry knowledge: Demonstrate awareness and understanding of buyer habits and market trends; know relevant stats inside and out and have a curious mindset to learn, grow, and be an expert on SMG’s solutions.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Marketing to optimize demand gen activities and collaborate with Strategic Operations to ensure our process functions well for all stakeholders, with a concentrated focus on what’s best for our sales team.
