    Who we want:

    SMG is looking to add a dynamic, outgoing, and creative Bilingual Account Manager to our Client Insights team.  This person will be fluent in English/Spanish. This role is the main contact for clients who rely on us to help them deliver exceptional experiences that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth. You’ll coordinate and manage multiple projects, build and deliver insights presentations, ensure projects are executed smoothly, establish our team as a true business partner rather than a vendor, and solve problems with data. Clients will trust you to learn the ins and outs of every aspect of their business so they can learn how best to serve their customers.

    Responsibilities

    What you can expect in this role:

    Client relationships: Monitor the “big picture” of our clients’ programs, set and manage client expectations, assess and adjust the details as necessary to ensure program success

    Project management: Oversee project deliverable quality, align internal resources to meet project objectives, ensure timeliness of deliverables, and track project financials

    Analysis + insights: establish a client research agenda, coordinate research efforts, and develop storytelling presentations that make sense of complex datasets, deliver presentations to client executives.

     

     

    Qualifications

    What you’ll need to succeed:

    • At least 4 years of experience working on multiple projects at once—including vendor-side work, client and account management, information or data management, etc.
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel + PowerPoint)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Organized + flexible work style
    • Strong multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills
    • Ability to analyze data and translate numbers into concrete, consultative advice
    • Experience navigating technical solutions
    • Ability to travel 15–20% of the time
    • Consulting or experience building relationships with C-level employees + working with restaurants or retailers is a plus
