    Our Contracts Attorney will review, draft and negotiate contracts and manage the company’s contract database.  The Contracts Attorney plays a critical role in our ability to achieve our goals by drafting and negotiating contracts that protect our bottom line.  Our environment is fast paced and requires someone comfortable working with frequent tight deadlines. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in fast paced environments and like working with c-levels and procurements teams, this role is for you.



    • Manage, draft, and negotiate routine professional services contracts (both US and international) such as:
      • MSA, NDA, SOW, Amendments, Client Agreements
      • Data Security Agreements
      • Vendor Agreements
    • Provide support on complex agreements
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand end goals in negotiation process
    • Manage the company’s contract database to ensure renewals are managed in a timely manner
    • Manage special projects to support growth, particularly international topics, including privacy/data security
    • Continually seek process improvement opportunities



    • Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred
    • 5 years of relevant contract experience
    • Experience working with CRM platforms
    • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and work through challenging conversations
    • Ability to build relationships at various levels within an organization
    • Extreme attention to detail + accuracy
    • Organized + flexible work style
    • Excellent time management
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
