SMG (Service Management Group) is searching for a Technical Team Lead who manages, coaches, and participates in development on engineering teams within the Technology department. You will manage processes and procedures across teams including documentation and data verification controls. Execute and enforce consistent processes for new development and day-to-day operations. Act as a senior technical mentor within the team. Develop and maintain agile plans, including resource assignments, risks, and issues.
