SMG is looking to add an organized, detail-oriented Account Administrator to our Client Insights team.
In case you missed it, SMG, a Market Research and Consulting firm, recently made headlines with the acquisition of Nashville-based Catalyst Healthcare Research (CHR). SMG prides itself on being a strategic partner, and while that typically means delivering technology and insights that lead to more informed initiatives for our clients, we strive to be transparent about our own strategies, too.
We are looking to hire an Account Administrator in our Nashville office. This role will help fulfill the needs of your team’s clients, as well as the internal account team assigned to those clients. A successful Account Administrator should provide outstanding customer service and seek to establish SMG as a true business partner rather than vendor. This entry-level position means you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow into other roles within the organization—and build relationships with big-name clients and brands around the world.

What you’ll do:
The focus of this position is performing data entry of confidential healthcare information, assist project team in delivering insights that help our clients grow their business, ensure deliverables are good quality and timely, collaborate with internal resources to create those deliverables, respond to client requests, log all client calls and emails, participate in client conference calls.
