    We are seeking an Associate Business Analyst to serve as the technical expert on our Client Services teams. They will report to the Director, Client Services and will be responsible for a combination of business analysis, project management and quality control. The Associate Business Analyst leverages communication, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to help support the ongoing success of our projects.


    Primary Responsibilities

    • Leverage communication, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project development processes.
    • Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders.
    • Document product content and specs using internal tools.
    • Ensure that deliverables meet documented requirements, are high quality, and are completed on schedule or early.
    • Utilize internal tools to design surveys and reporting systems (web, database, and other).
    • Thoroughly understand the business needs the product is trying to meet and apply this understanding to guide testing.
    • Execute quality control tests to validate deliverables.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure product and process quality.



    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business, Systems Development, or related area or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    • Project management/coordination expertise.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Extreme attention to detail and adherence to quality control processes.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
    • Track record of successful process improvements.
    • May have technical knowledge at the code reading/debugging level, but not required.
