This role is a critical member of the team that directly interacts with clients to implement and support customer experience measurement programs. What you can expect in this role:
Work with Account Managers to develop, implement, and maintain long-term customer satisfaction programs across a variety of clients; coordinate cross-department workflows; communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders; assist with customer service helplines (answering client questions, providing solutions and insights); collaborate and interact with clients over the phone and via email; assist in the creation of client presentations.
