SMG is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator/developer to optimize and maintain performance for our growing CRM environment. This position will engage with internal sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to understand objectives, recommend courses of action, and implement solutions. While the role typically involves working with out-of-the-box functionality, the ideal candidate will be adept at developing custom solutions where appropriate. A collaborative spirit is strongly desired, as you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing team to improve Marketo integrations for marketing campaign and lead generation processes.
