Overview

SMG is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator/developer to optimize and maintain performance for our growing CRM environment. This position will engage with internal sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to understand objectives, recommend courses of action, and implement solutions. While the role typically involves working with out-of-the-box functionality, the ideal candidate will be adept at developing custom solutions where appropriate. A collaborative spirit is strongly desired, as you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing team to improve Marketo integrations for marketing campaign and lead generation processes.

Qualifications

Skills & Abilities:

  • Extensive experience with data mapping between Dynamics CRM and external systems (ERP/HR applications/etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems creatively
  • Ability to generate end-user documentation and facilitate training
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge, Experience, & Education:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics CRM (2015/2016/365) online or on-premise
  • Strong background in administration of CRM environments, including optimization/maintenance, security administration, and testing/deploying product updates from Microsoft
  • Experience developing web resources and custom plugins using JavaScript, C#, Microsoft CRM SDK, and others
  • Experience with sophisticated integrations between Marketo and Dynamics CRM
  • Deep understanding of email configuration and optimized deployments of CRM plugin for Outlook
