Sales Intern


SMG (Service Management Group) partners with more than 450 brands around the globe to create better customer and employee experiences, which drive loyalty and performance. SMG evaluates 200 million surveys annually, across 130 countries.



SMG is seeking a Sales Intern to assist our Sales Directors in improving the efficiency of prospecting effots, through researching prospective client contacts to verify and clean contact information. The Sales Intern will contact businesses and individuals by telephone, and research using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and purchased lists


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the contact database through desk research
  • Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists
  • Record all information into corporate CRM system
  • Other projects TBD


Education and Experience:


  • Interest in sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
